The Villanelles are a female jazz outfit from Manchester, performing as a trio and a full seven-piece band. Brought together by a mutual love of swing, jazz, vocal harmony and pop, The Villanelles blend 1930s swing with the empowered energy of contemporary female music icons like Aretha Franklin, Annie Lennox, Lizzo, Little Mix and The Spice Girls.
